There's a lot to prepare when coming to Market! We've gathered FAQ's below to help you navigate market quickly and easily. 

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

I am a new buyer, how do I register to attend?

If you have not attended National Bridal Market Chicago after August 2021, you will need to pre-register online. Once we review your store, we will send your approved buyer badge via email. Onsite registration will be available - please plan to bring the required credentials to the Show if you did not pre-register.

I am a returning buyer, how do I register for the show?

Buyers who attended after August 2021 will automatically have their badge emailed to them. If you do nt receive your badge via email, please contact us at nationalbridalmarket@themart.com.

Is there a cost to attend as a buyer?

Approved buyers are invited to attend National Bridal Market free of charge.

Who is considered a buyer?

Employees of the store are eligible for buyer badges. If you are looking to bring a non-employee (family, friend, consultant), please register them as your guest. Guests can be pre-registered onsite.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Yes! Each store is allowed up to 2 guests. Guests are considered non-employees of the store.

SHOW QUESTIONS

What are the future show dates?

Do I need to make appointments for the show?

We are an appointment driven show so making appointments beforehand is recommended, but you are able to walk into booths at the show, as well. Click here to view our list of exhibitors. 

Are the same Exhibitors there all three days?

Yes - all exhibitors will be at the Show all three days.

I am not a buyer, can I attend the show?

Unfortunately, our show is only open to credentialed buyers with retail stores and exhibitors who have a booth at the show. We do not allow the general public or non-retailers on the show floor.

I’m thinking about or am in the process of opening a retail store, can I still attend the show?

Certain credentials will allow us to let buyers in the process of entering the show. Typically, we can accept a letter of intention on bank letterhead, or proof of residency for the retail location of your future business. Email us for help at nationalbridalmarket@themart.com.

TRAVEL QUESTIONS

How do I book a hotel?

Book travel here. These are our recommended hotels that we’ve negotiated special prices with for National Bridal Market attendees. Your hotel must be booked through onPeak, our official travel partner, to receive these rates. You can do this directly on our website or by calling 800-528-8700. All hotels are within walking distance of the Mart.

Where should I park?

Parking is available in the following garages:

MartParc Wells Garage: 401 N Wells St, Chicago, IL 60610

MartParc Orleans Garage: 437 N Orleans St, Chicago, IL 60654.

MISC QUESTIONS

Is there a Mother’s Room available for nursing moms?

Yes, we have a Mother’s Room available on the 7th Floor. The key is available in the Show Office.

Are there wheel chairs or motorized scooters available at the show?

Yes, manual wheel chairs can be requested at no charge by calling 312.527.7700. Manual wheel chairs should be reserved in advance to guarantee availability. Motorized scooters can be rented here or by calling 773-278-1440. The rental fee starts at $35/ day.
