The 2010 New York International Bridal Week held at Pier 94, New York revitalized the bridal industry standard with the delivery of a bridal market that was convenient, engaging and provided ease of shopping. The bi-annual trade show has been extremely well received in the industry and continues to grow on a world-wide level. We are excited to continue the momentum and look forward to amazing shows in the future.

From the very first market, retailers and manufacturers had the opportunity to experience a professional, bridal trade show in New York, revealing Pier 94 as a world-class, sophisticated venue complete with shimmering chandeliers, and the best names in the bridal industry. Our one-of-a-kind setting allowed for seamless shopping in a cohesive marketplace.

As the managers of the Piers, MMPI had the perfect property to make this happen.  We built the best and most respected Bridal Market in Chicago and we intend to build a successful market at the Piers, a venue where the show can grow.  With our considerable expertise and longstanding relationships, we are creating the ultimate destination where couture meets convenience.

The momentum will carry-over into the next market scheduled for April 22-24 at Pier 92. The upcoming show will unite even more manufacturers and retailers, generate a larger international following and create a marketplace which meets the specific needs of those who desire high-end and upscale lines.

What others are saying about us...

The New York International Bridal Week was just a glorious market for Mon Cheri, not only in terms of the great orders we received, but for the wonderful exposure to our North American customers as well as so many wonderful new international retailers as well. Well done NYIBW Dream Team!!
— Steve Lang, Mon Cheri
We launched Ivy & Aster at NYIFW at the Piers. It was their first show in NY as well so it felt like we were all in it together. They exposed our debut collection to stores I would have never known were out there. You can only do so much over email and internet and having the chance to bring our product to prospective clients in a very approachable atmosphere was key to us launching and subsequently growing with each market.
— Jessica Brown, Ivy & Aster
New York International Bridal Week has been a valuable branding and sales strategy for Enzoani. With the marketing and logistical support received we are able to focus on building important relationships with existing and potential new customers, which is the key to success for these shows.
— Justin Nguyen, Enzoani
Having arrived from a long trip from England we found Michelle and her team extremely professional and helpful. Showing in an open exhibition gave us great visibility as well as maximum exposure to both, buyers and press. I am sure the exhibition will go from strong to stronger. We look forward to joining them in April.

The New York bridal show at Pier 94 was the best New York show for Dessy Group, since the bridal building was at full capacity over 20 years ago. It’s high time that our industry had a real trade show operator run the New York market. The venue was bright, beautifully decorated and organized. We could not have been happier with the results, and we plan to exhibit at the piers indefinitely.
— Alan Dessy, The Dessy Group
They have combined designers from all over the world. It’s very nice for us to be able to find designers all in one place. it makes it easier as a buyer to shop open booths. We can go up and down and look. If I see something I’m interesting, I stop.
— Zola Keller
I think my favorite thing about the show is that it is so open and that you can go into your booth and have some exclusive time, one-on-one time with your designer, but you can walk by and see some lines that you may not have seen before. And the convenience of an onsite cafe is priceless.
— Beth Chapman, The White Dress by the Shore
Congratulations on accomplishing a monumental project. Well done!
— Mara Urshel, Kleinfeld’s Bridal
We’re really enjoying this experience because of the openness of the venue. It is much easier than going from floor to floor to shop. We get to see and touch everything!
— Janet Sampiari, The White Gown
