Registering for exhibitor badges is a simple process. Please follow the steps below before your arrival at the show.

  • Click the above box to pre-register for the show. 
  • Type in all REQUIRED fields
  • Click Accept
  • Print your Barcoded Confirmation Page
  • Present the barcode at Exhibitor Registration

There are a variety of ways that you can promote yourself here. A buyer attendance list (upon request) can be provided allowing you to better promote your product and location prior to the show. Directory advertising, sponsorship opportunities and show floor display promotions are also available. The Sponsorship opportunities are endless!

  • SHOW GUIDE ADVERTISING: Feature your ad in the NYIBW Show Guide that reaches all of our buyers. A full-page ad starts at $1000. 
  • ACCESSORY DISPLAY CASES: Accessory exhibitors have the opportunity to show merchandise in a display case that is set up on the main aisle through out the entire market. $200/case. 
  • SOCIAL MEDIA: New York International Bridal Week Team is very active on various Social media platforms. We encourage every Exhibitor to get involved. To be featured as a part of our Social Media Campaign for the April show send 3-4 professional product/ lifestyle images (per brand) to Katie at kdiehl@mmart.com
  • WEB BANNERS: Use these for promotion on your website, social media channels and e-blasts.
